About The Founder & Lead Consultant
Dedicated Leadership You Can Trust
With 26 years of dedicated service in healthcare and human services, the founder brings extensive experience as an administrator, social worker, consultant, and advocate. She is widely respected for her expertise in assisted living, group home operations, home care compliance, and resident-centered programming. Her leadership spans senior living, transitional care, long-term care, and community-based services, consistently driving operational excellence, strong regulatory performance, and a culture of compassionate care.
Her career includes key leadership roles in administration, admissions, staffing, marketing, and social services across respected organizations such as Hopkins Health Services, Walker Methodist, North Memorial Hospital, Midwest Residential, The Lodges, and Golden Living Center. She has successfully maintained high occupancy rates, led state survey readiness efforts, reduced staff turnover through strategic retention initiatives, and built trusted relationships with families, residents, and community partners.
Holding a Master of Healthcare Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she brings a deep understanding of compliance, program development, system oversight, and social services. Her consulting approach is grounded in integrity, efficiency, and a commitment to helping care providers deliver safe, compliant, and person-centered services.
Beyond her professional work, she remains active in the community through Grace Apostolic Church and V.O.I.C.E., supporting families, teens, and vulnerable populations.
